This Privacy Statement applies to the data that are processed by the private company Dutch Blower B.V., registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 06075707 and is located at (7602 KC) Almelo to the Bedrijvenpark 52.
We respect your privacy and ensure that the personal information you provide is treated confidentially. We would like to inform you clearly and transparently about this. In this privacy statement we answer the main questions about how Dutch Blower B.V. handles the processing of personal data. The processing of personal data is done in a manner consistent with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG).
We process data of people with whom we have a direct or indirect relationship, want to have or have had. If your company or organisation transfers personal data of employees to us, you are obliged to inform your employees about this. You can give them this privacy statement so they can see how we handle their personal data.
What data do we process and why?
We process personal data for entering into and executing agreements and for managing the resulting relationships, including carrying out activities aimed at increasing the customer base and developing and improving our services.
The (personal) data we process include : company name, Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number, name, employee, position, telephone number and e-mail address. We do not process special data such as: ethnic data, health data or data relating to sexual preferences.
If you fill in a contact or registration form on the website, or send us an e-mail, the data you send us will be kept as long as is necessary according to the nature of the form or the content of your e-mail for a complete response and handling.
We do not collect more personal data than necessary for the above purposes. If we do not retain the data for those purposes, we may still retain the data to comply with legal obligations. This means that the personal data will only be used in case of legal or fiscal proceedings. The tax retention obligation is seven years.
How do we ensure that your data is safe?
Your personal data are carefully stored and are only used by employees who, in view of their position, should have access to them. Our employees have a duty of confidentiality.
The data is stored on a secure PC, in a password-protected folder and on an external disk and/or mobile phone. All these data carriers are equipped with the latest version of security software and are regularly updated.
Once a week updates are stored on the server. The server room is secured.
Data leak
We are obliged to report any data breach in the data breach register maintained by us. A serious data breach, which is likely to have adverse consequences for the privacy of the (potential) customer, will be reported by us to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Is your information provided to third parties?
Dutch Blower B.V. will not sell your information to third parties and will only provide it if necessary for the implementation of our agreement with you or to meet a statutory obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we conclude a processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your personal data. We remain responsible for this processing.
Transfer of personal data to a third country outside the European Union
Your personal data will not be processed in countries outside the European Union.

General visit data is recorded on the website. We try to make this data as anonymous as possible.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to track how users use the Website and how effective our Adwords and Remarketing ads are at Google search result pages. We also use this information to optimise the operation of the website. The information thus obtained, including the address of your computer (IP address), is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google uses this information to track how our website is being used, to provide us with reports on the Website and to provide its advertisers with information on the effectiveness of their campaigns. If you have a relationship with our company, you have the option of viewing your personal data upon written request. If the overview provided by us contains inaccuracies, you can request us in writing to change or remove the data. In addition, you can inform us in writing if you do not wish to be contacted with information about our products and services by reporting this via our contact form.
To prevent abuse, we ask that you identify yourself properly when you make a written request for inspection by sending a copy of a valid identification document. Please do not forget to screen your BSN and passport photo on the copy. You can, for example, use the 'Copy ID' app for this.
